I bought a inverter generator after Isabel

But I have used it...yet. Haven't lost power (knock on wood) for any extended time since.

But looking at the benefits, that (IG) looked like the safest option. But since it's a Harbor Freight generator, you know it's a cheap Chinese knock off of the Honda EU3000. Would want to see it tested to see "how clean" it produces power, as well as any durability tests.
